Due to customer demand in 2013 we decided to sell our caps online. We are a small startup company operating out of Bondi Beach, New South Wales Australia (our warehouse is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to help us save on processing fees and increase our worldwide shipping time & rates). As a startup, we can make mistakes! We're still finalising our business processes, so we ask for our customers patience. ship As we ship from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (to save on start-up costs and worldwide shipping time & rates), our free shipping service can take between 18-28 business days. Please note this service is not traceable. The shipping time may vary during the holiday seasons (Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year etc) so please add another 5 days. If you have not received your order after 28 days from receipt of purchase, please contact us at via email and we will get back to you ASAP!

Do you offer an express shipping option?

Depending on where you are, we will use the fastest possible route by the most trusted provider available for the country (Fedex, DHL, UPS and more). If you have a preference, please include in the comments box when checking out on the 'Check Out' page. Once the order is processed, we will email the tracking code so you can keep an eye out for your ilovehater snapback! Please note the shipping time may vary during the holiday seasons (Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year etc), please add another 5 business days. What is your return policy?
return Want to return a product? We're sorry to hear that... But never fear ilovehater is here! In the first case, please contact us via email as quickly as possible. The Customer has up to 10 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange for a new one. Mistakes sometimes happen! In the case you received the wrong or a defective item, it must be returned in its original and unused condition. We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind. Please read all description provided as a guide before you buy. While we take every step to ensure that we ship out the correct item(s), there may be occasion when you receive items that are different from the description. In such case, we ask that you contact us via email straight away so we can remedy the situation. Your satisfaction is important to us and we value your business.
